School Dances
School Dances are some of the most important
events in a high school students life. Dances are a time for students
to have a fun night out with their friends and
classmates.
We know all the hard work the planning committees
go through to prepare for a school dance. At Special Occasion Sound, we
work with the committee to:

One of our keys to providing a
night to remember is through our "Complete Event Customization".
What is "Complete Event Customization"?

Complete Event
Customization means that we work with you and your committee to make the
night your own. We make every event unique and different.

The committee will
have access to the online planning forum. This area allows you to enter a
timeline of events for the evening. It also gives you access to the
Planning form. This form allows you to input details about your event,
like theme, other vendors involved and other event highlights. You can
also make music requests in the planning forum.

Students attending
the dance can also have the ability to make requests online prior to the
dance. This request area is a private area where students are only
able to see their requests and the committee can set the number of requests
per student is allowed. By allowing students to request music prior to
the event, we get an idea of the music they like and can tailor a playlist
for your event to keep the dance floor packed. It also insures that we
have the music THEY want, not what we want.

We also talk with
the other vendors involved to work out all the details ahead of time to make
sure the night runs smoothly.
