* Dress appropriately - Tux for wedding

* Avoid playing music you ask us NOT to play

* Never stick you with any hidden costs

* Never send a substitute DJ

*Only make promises that we can keep

* Never play music too loud (you control the volume!)

* Never drink alcohol or smoke
